Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse we'll email you the courier's name and a tracking number.
Delivery times
Most deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Larger units may take a little longer, and the courier will contact you to agree a delivery slot.
Installation
Wall-mounted air conditioners need professional installation. We'll get in touch after your order to arrange it — each product page states whether installation is required. Portable units, coolers and fans work straight out of the box and need no installation.
When your parcel arrives
Please check the packaging before you sign for it. If anything looks damaged, note it with the courier if you can and tell us within 48 hours — see our Refund & Return Policy and we'll put it right.
